We did it!
The new Bodilogix is currently open and accepting new members. How
exciting it was for us to not only double in size but also quadruple our
training space. We know the fabulous people of Cobourg are ready and worthy
of the Bodilogix experience and evolutionary fitness approach we offer. We
can't wait to introduce everybody to a fitness facility that opens the
senses and delivers "real change" and "real results" to its exclusive
membership.
The difference...
At Bodilogix we are taking care of you "big time!" We offer a training environment that is like no other. Natural light floods
the training area through our twin fourteen foot high garage doors that
actually are open to the outdoors throughout the warmer seasons offering a
an experience of fresh air and natural light to your workout experience.
During the winter months our members still train in the warmth of the sun
throughout the day and the mood is always light.
Our Training Team
Our training team is always on hand to answer any questions our members
may have or assist in putting together a tailored specific training program
to get any and all of our members on their way to achieving their goals.
Our Personal training team wants nothing more than for you to reach your
fitness goals. For optimal results speak with us to arrange your personal
training package. We can also arrange for you to train with a friend,
whether you introduce us to your friend or we introduce you to one of ours.
Many people find the train with a friend program can still garner great
results and off set a few dollars.
What's Cooking?
Our house chef is on hand every other Tuesday and Wednesday evenings to
instruct a cooking class attended by our Platinum status members. Our
mission, to increase knowledge and appreciation of all aspects of preparing
and savoring a delicious meal. For many members it is the cooking classes
and comradery among members that really sets Bodilogix apart.
Laundry Service
The Platinum membership also includes a permanent designated locker of your
very own complete with laundry service. Upon your return for another workout
your freshly laundered workout gear is ready and waiting, no need to bring a
gym bag. "Now that's service!".
Juice Bar
Whether it's a delicious satisfying protein shake protein shake on the go
after a workout with us, or something slightly more substantial is required,
Bodilogix has got you covered. We know good nutrition is key to achieving
those sought after results you are working so hard for. Whether it's off to
work or off to Hockey with the kids or something to just get you off the
mats look no further than our juice bar to deliver the nutrition you need.
It would be our pleasure. It's all apart of our commitment to take optimal
care of you.
Oh that feels Good!
Both of our memberships offer visits to the relaxation suite when you need
it most. Let us treat you to a private massage in our state of the art
massage chair in our relaxation chamber
. Relax, regroup and de-stress from the day in the calm soothing tranquil
environment created just for you. Our members tell us "this experience is
nothing short of a magical rub down by a six handed masseuse!"
